Msasa trees Brachystegia spiciformis trees are a key component of the Miombo woodlands in central and Southern Africa They are known for their spectacular red, orange and yellow new spring foliage and provide important habitat and food for wildlife. Zimbabwe is well known for its large balancing rock formations. The Msasa is found in Southern and East Africa
