Shipping

The prints are carefully rolled in tissue paper and placed in a strong tube for shipping. Free worldwide shipping by courier to your door is included in the price.

Orders are normally delivered within 2 to 3 weeks depending on how busy we are and where you live.

Custom Orders

There are five standard sizes to choose from. Custom sizes can also be requested.

Special offers

We offer 20% discount on 3 or more pictures. This applies to 3 different pictures or different sizes of the same picture. For large orders a further discount can be requested.

Printing

The photographs are printed on premium quality Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 308 g fine art paper using Epson Ultrachrome inks and signed below the print. Alternatively you can choose the option for printing on Hahnemuhle Art Canvas. For the canvas option the signature will be on the picture.

Handling the photographs

The pictures come shipped in a tube. When you get the tube, it would be best to remove the pictures at your framer. Otherwise be sure to take them out of the tube carefully and always use two hands when handling the prints.

Framing

The Sea and seashore pictures and some of the African tree pictures look best in a white frame. Wooden frames, particularly light or medium coloured wood also work well. Another alternative is German silver, a type of silver gold colour. The new anti-reflection glass is worth getting because one sees very little reflection with it. Canvas prints can be stretched by your framer and hung without glass.

Returns

We don’t have a returns policy. The prints are shipped in a strong cardboard tube. In the unlikely event it gets damaged, you must contact us immediately to request a replacement print. This applies only to prints damaged during shipping.
